TATE PLACE

The property in Tate Place was designed and built by Alan Jurd.

The design is a split level two storey building with four master bedrooms, two bathrooms and a large timber kitchen on a combination of engineered concrete slabs and conventional bearers and joists.  The building has an extensive amount of face sandstock brickwork inside and out, with timber cedar windows and doors.

The entrance is gained through a glass atrium with indoor gardens on either side.  The dwelling enjoys numerous features including internal wrought iron gates, large sandstone fireplace, custom stained glass windows, exposed jarrah beams and posts throughout opening out onto a large timber verandah overlooking the beautiful Jamberoo Golf Course.

The home is complemented by beautiful low-maintenance gardens on a sloping block, featuring a tropical rain forest which incorporates a recirculating waterfall flowing over large sandstone boulders into a natural pond.
