TESTIMONIALS

All work completed by Alan’s team of builders and subcontractors was completed on schedule and to the highest quality, ensuring full compliance with Kiama Council’s strict DA conditions for the property, breathing a new lease of life into our heritage-listed stately home.  Work undertaken included demolition of a 1940's era kitchen lean-to, construction of a new kitchen/dining/family room annex, addition of five bathrooms as well as rectification works to existing foundations and new roofing.

We worked with Alan and his team to construct our beautiful home on Jamberoo Mountain. It was David Cox our architect that designed this challenging construction.

Alan through his very thoughtful building process delivered precision, quality and excellence. The job was on time and close to budget.  His team were friendly and highly capable and diligent.

We would strongly recommend Alan Jurd for future building projects.

AJB built 4 projects with us over the last 5 years - a new bathroom, a 2 bedroom/bathroom extension, a sunroom extension, underpinned foundations and repaired our irregularly-dimensioned 60 year old house, all done in close consultation with us generally from concept drawings and regular consultation.

It was a pleasure to work with a quality builder who is happy to work on older houses without the need for detailed drawings and with us living adjacent to the works. Alan’s ability to both design and build is very useful with renovation and extension projects which were completed to a high standard."
